Download and Activate the TS4 Mobile App on Android or iOS Smartphone

DOWNLOAD THE TS4 WEB APPLICATION ON ANDROID OR IOS
- From your smartphone, go to the App store if you are on iPhone or Google Play if you are on Android.
- Once the application is open, type “TowSoft” in the search bar at the top of the screen. In the search results, make sure you select the application named TowSoft, which is produced by “Logiciels de dépannage TowSoft” and has the correct logo that you are used to seeing.
- Then click on "Install" and, once the download is completed, you should find your new TowSoft application, among the rest of your other applications.
When you open the new application for the first time, you will be asked for your TowSoft user ID.
This can be made available to you by your administrator after he or she has transferred your user to TS4.
Once your administrator has switched you to TS4, you must then use your mobile phone's web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Edge) to connect to the address of your TowSoft environment (ex: towing123.towsoft.ca) using your username and password.
After that, you will be able to see your User ID and copy it by pressing on the little gray notebook.
You should then go back to the TS4 application and paste it in the TowSoft User ID field to activate it.
