Overview of the Admin Menu in the TS4 Mobile App

The first thing you need to know about the navigation menu is that it is configured by your administrator. So it is likely that what you see in your Mobile TS4 application is different from what you see below. For this lesson, we are reviewing ALL of the options that can be found in this menu.  

 

ITEMS IN THE ADMIN MENU



Home




Gets you back to the dashboard at any time.    


Quick call




Place from which you can take a quick call that will be automatically assigned to you.    


Tools



Exterior refueling
Place where you can enter all information pertaining to a refueling made at an external fuel supplier for a company truck.

Refuel from internal tank
Place where you can enter all the information pertaining to a refueling made for a company truck from the company's own fuel reserves.

Maintenance
Place where you can enter all the information pertaining to a maintenance activity performed for a company truck.

Employee Handbook
Place from which you will have access to the company's employee guide (procedures, work behavior, etc.), if one has been made available by the administrator.    


Tasks




Access to tasks
Place from which you can view and take charge of all the tasks planned for the company, if you wish to do so.

Make a quick task
Place from which you can quickly select a task and assign it to a tow truck to record it in the system. This task has to to be done immediately.    


Schedule



Place where you can view your work schedule if 1- The schedule feature has been enabled by your Administrator, and 2- Your schedule has been planned by your dispatcher or admin.


Reports



Place from which you can see and consult the various reports to which you have access as a driver.
