Create a Quick Call In the TS4 Mobile App

Accessible by pressing "Quick call" from the dashboard, for drivers.





OR


"+ Quick call" from the admin menu.




DETAILS TO FILL IN

 
Select call type → Choose one of the Quick call options that have been previously configured by your TowSoft system administrator.

Select the tow truck → Choose from the tow trucks that are available the one that will be used for the call.

Select the company → If your towing company has several branches, you can choose the one for which you are doing the call. Then press "CONFIRM" to confirm the call which will then be automatically dispatched to your user.
