Quick search on the mobile application - TS4

SEARCH OPTIONS

 

This tool can be accessed from the "Search for a call" section in the top-left menu of the mobile application. This feature is available to both operators and administrators. In this section, you can select 3 search options:
  • Call # , P.O.
  • Brand/model, VIN or license plate
  • Beneficiary name, client


You must enter a minimum of 3 characters and the search results will be limited to 50. The searched characters will be highlighted in your results list.

By default, the missions displayed in quick search will be those completed within the last 90 days. If you want to restrict the number of days the search window will show for your users, please contact support.
