List of Calls on Standby in the TS4 Mobile App

Accessible by pressing "Driver Standby" from the dashboard.





You will find in this window a compact view of the calls for the current day (or for the previous days, if late) that are waiting to be accepted.





POSSIBLE ACTIONS

 
Navigate in the map → By putting your two fingers in the map and moving them apart, you will be able to zoom. Move them outside-in to zoom out.

Accept the call → Press the green button at the bottom of the call block. You will then be able to take the call in charge and signal that you are on route.

Have the details of the call read to you → In the block associated with the call, press the yellow button located in the lower right corner. An automated reading of the call details will be performed.
