List of Ongoing Calls in the TS4 Mobile App

Accessible by pressing "Ongoing" from the dashboard.  





You will find in this window a compact view of the calls that were accepted and that are in progress.    




POSSIBLE ACTIONS


Change view → In the upper right corner of the window, you can have a view for the team’s ongoing calls or a view for your own calls that you are currently on (if you are also an operator..

Navigate in the map → By putting your two fingers in the map and moving them apart, you will be able to zoom. Move them outside-in to zoom out.

Consult a call → In the block associated with the call, press the "Consult" button located at the bottom.  





If the button is green, the call is yours. You will be able to consult all the details relating to the call, edit it if needed and go through all the steps to complete it..  




If the button is gray, it means that the call belongs to a member of your team (team view). You will only be able to see the details of the call, in this case.

Have the details of the call read to you → In the block associated to the call, press the yellow button located in the lower right corner. An automated reading of the call details will be performed.
